1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. All defined terms apply equally in singular and plural form, and references to persons include natural persons, corporations, and other legal entities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fb333.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and fb333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on fb333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. fb333 does not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with fb333 or any affiliated platform, and you must not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fb333 or any of its software providers, payment processors, or affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

fb333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the fb333 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or otherwise — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you provided change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fb333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fb333 support immediately.

fb333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to disclose its reasons for doing so.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on fb333 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). fb333 supports the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are generally credited to your fb333 wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. fb333 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges for which fb333 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.
2. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
3. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the original deposit where practically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
4. fb333 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business window.
5. fb333 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fb333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's Terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 10× (ten times) the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are ring-fenced separately from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds will be wagered first before bonus funds are applied.
• Bonuses may only be used for game types explicitly listed as eligible in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• fb333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that players' existing bonus balances with wagering in progress are not retroactively reduced.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, exploitation of game mechanics, or multi-accounting — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all fb333 product categories. Product-specific rules (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Poker, Bandar Q) are published within each respective game lobby and form part of this Agreement.

• All bets placed on fb333 are final once confirmed. fb333 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of verifiable technical error originating on fb333's systems.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game session, affected rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to the player's wallet. Winnings from rounds subsequently determined to be affected by a fault will not be paid.
• fb333 reserves the right to suspend a market, refuse a bet, or void settled bets in cases of obvious pricing error, match-fixing suspicion, or data-feed failure from our official data providers.
• For sportsbook markets, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international matches) will be used for settlement. fb333 is not bound by broadcast or media reports that conflict with the official governing-body result.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each game or market. fb333 may adjust limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of this Agreement. fb333 reserves the right to suspend, close, and permanently ban accounts found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct, and to withhold all balances pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one fb333 account, whether in your own name or using any alias, third-party identity, or fraudulent documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or deposit funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing fb333 via a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb333 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes beyond a single good-faith notification to support. Players who exploit known errors without reporting them will have affected winnings voided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fb333 platform — including but not limited to the fb333 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data compilations, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of fb333 or is used under licence from its respective owners. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any fb333 intellectual property without the prior written consent of fb333. Unauthorised use of fb333's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

fb333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

fb333 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb333 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

fb333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or interruption of service due to technical failure
• Errors in game results caused by data-feed failures from third-party providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment network

Nothing in this clause limits fb333's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by fb333's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Suspension & Termination

fb333 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes
• A self-exclusion request submitted by you under the fb333 Responsible Gaming Policy
• A regulatory directive, court order, or law-enforcement request requiring account restriction
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000, charged against the wallet balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated)

Upon termination for cause, fb333 reserves the right to withhold your balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting fb333 support. Voluntary account closures are processed within five (5) business days, and your verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which fb333 operates.

fb333 operates as a licensed and internationally regulated platform. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through fb333's internal complaints process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents fb333 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.

14. Amendments

fb333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, fb333 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date. fb333 will honour any withdrawal of your verified real-money balance submitted in good faith prior to closure.
